How to Setup Your Tee Sheet and Rates

Tee Sheet

First go to Management, Tee Sheet, Time Interval

Time Interval Name, click New. Click New, fill in description, save.

Name can be M-F, or Saturday, Sunday, etc. 

Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Design Day

Select Tee Sheet name, press New, name your tee sheet.  Ex – M-F before 5, Saturday, Sunday.  Choose the Tee Sheet Name you just created.  Fill in the Time Interval Name, you also just created, fill in times for that Interval Name. 

Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Open Day

Choose the Tee Sheet Name, and the course. Choose your start and stop dates. Choose the last time out. 

Check off the days of the week. Choose your default Green Fee and Create Days.  Uncheck Do Not End if you don’t want to book 18 holes after a certain time. 

Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Green Fees

On the left, for each of the Tee Sheets you created, select your Public, Membership etc and fill in the fees and Save.

On the right side, choose or name a new season.  You can set your morning rates, weekend rates, afternoon rates here.  Choose that season, then fill in a Start and Stop Time and Choose the Green Fees that you just created on the left.  Check off the days of the week they apply to.  Click ADD. Then, Save. 

Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Apply Green Fees

Choose your date range, the Season and all Nines. Unless you are setting up for a simulator, choose that.  Example: Dates December 1-31, Season-after 5 and weekends, All Nines, Apply.  The grid you created under Green Fees appears with the fees applied.
