Choose items.

With food items you can add Kitchen Notes as well and choose your modifiers for the item. (ie how it is prepared, condiments, etc)  Save.

Click “On Tab/Fire".

Choose item to send to Kitchen.  Send.

When customer is ready to pay for his tab, click on the Tab, and Continue on the bottom right corner.  You can print a receipt to give to customer at this point using the icon above the word ‘amount’ on the left. 

You can Authorize and Print here as well on a credit card. To get a receipt to give to customer with a tip line on it, or, just

To move an item click on it, then click on the ticket number you want to move it to

To move an entire ticket, click on the ticket number you want to move then click on the ticket number you want to move it to
