Choose items.

With food items you can add Kitchen Notes as well and choose your modifiers for the item. (ie how it is prepared, condiments, etc)  Save.

Click “On Tab”

Click back on the customer tab and Fire Course.

Choose item to send to Kitchen.  Send.

When customer is ready to pay for his tab, click on the Tab, Add Items and Continue on the bottom right corner.  You can print a receipt to give to customer at this point using the icon above the word ‘amount’ on the left. 

You can Authorize and Print here as well on a credit card. To get a receipt to give to customer with a tip line on it, or, just

Continue, and choose your payment method.  Finalize.
